I bought this dress from Target about a week ago and can't stop being excited about it. Now it's even on sale! I feel it is my duty to report such excellence to you. The seams on this are so flattering and it comes in 4 great colors. True to size, lined with "silk" (or something silkyish for only $19.99). Go. Go GO!
