Lynn and I made this awesome Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe on Monday night and I had to share. This is wayyy classier than a casserole, and was easy. The salad on the chicken was surprisingly delightful. This meal was so good, I didn't even notice I wasn't eating a million carbs. You even get to pound the chicken. Hello!
I followed this recipe exactly, but improvised when I ran out of bread crumbs. I substituted the bread crumbs for my Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Crushed Stuffing. Awesome!!
