My family is coming over for dinner tonight and we'll be grilling hot dogs and brauts, but last weekend my parents came over and I whipped up this easy and delicious Pork Cutlets with Arugula and Apple Salad recipe from Real Simple. This was SO GOOD and light. I loved the sauce and since I am obsessed with arugula lately, I just loved the side. Try this! You won't be sorry. My mom made it again this week and it was a big hit.
