Because Everything Is More Delish On A Stick

It's about time I let you in on one of my favorite new blog finds, Camille Styles. This Austin gal has an amazing eye for all things awesome. I dare you not to spend three hours backblogging her. Her weekend posts are an even more delicious treat, where I was pleased to find this great idea from Sweet Paul for cupcakes on a stick.

How festive are these? I love anything mini and have seen so many cute mini cupcake liners that are just begging to be poked. These tulip petal baking cups just might make these cuppiecakes look like a sweet spring bouquet.

I might have to just make these for my next party or tv night. What flavor should I make first?

It's Pretty Awesome

That buying "work clothes" for myself can mean t-shirts and jeans. Today I found some gems that I found to be quite awesome. I got a vintage-looking Sesame Street tee which I can't find online but I will snap a pic of soon. But this is really the big winner today. I can't wait to wear this on Monday. It's so profesh.

You will note this is from delia*s, which I have loved ever since drooling over the catalogs at age 14. That's probably the age limit to shopping there, not 29 7/8, but whatevs. I had a gift card. And I fit into some of their skinny jeans. Boom.

An Awesome Cause

Tomorrow I will be going silent on the blog as I join hundreds of other bloggers in the Bloggers Day of Silence to benefit Japan. Utterly Engaged and EverOurs have organized For Japan With Love (see above) which encourages a day of silence, prayer and donations for Shelter Box USA, which provides emergency shelter and lifesaving supplies for families around the world who are affected by disasters at the time when they need it the most. I am donating and hope you will join me. Because giving is awesome.
